On Homepage, specify PGDINRVW in the text box, and click next arrow.
Return or Reversal of Inbound Clearing View screen is displayed.

From this screen, click the Enter Query button. The Payment Reference field gets enabled, for the user to specify the Reference Number.
Click the Execute Query button and the system defaults the value for all the fields for the Reference number specified.
Along with the transaction details in the Main and Pricing tabs user can also view the Status details for the following:
- Return Details
- Return Status
- Reversal Status
- Original Transaction Details
