3.1.4.7 View Queue Action Log

This topic provides the details of the View Queue Action Log screen.

This screen provides the information on the user's actions log in queque. User can view all the queue actions for the respective transaction initiated.
  1. Click the View Queue Action button in the Cross Border Outbound FI Credit Transfer View screen.
    The View Queue Action Log screen is displayed.

  2. On the View Queue Action Log screen, you can view the following fields.
    The following fields are displayed:
    • Transaction Reference Number
    • Network Code
    • Action
    • Remarks
    • Queue Code
    • Authorization Status
    • Maker ID
    • Maker Date Stamp
    • Checker ID
    • Checker Date Stamp
    • Queue Status
    • Queue Reference No
    • Primary External Status
    • Secondary External Status
    • External Reference Number

    User can view the request sent and the corresponding response received for each row in Queue Action Log.
