This topic describes th information about Customer Credit Transfer Payment Initiation.

1. On Homepage, specify PSDOCTIV in the text box, and click Next arrow.
   Customer Credit Transfer Initiation View screen is displayed.

2. From this screen, click Enter Query button. The Transaction Reference Number field gets enabled, for the user to specify the details.
3. Click Execute Query button to populate the details of the transaction in the Customer Credit Transfer Payment Initiation View screen. The system displays all the fields in the below mentioned tabs based on the specified details:
   • Main
   • Payment Information
