5 Exposure Query

This topic provides systematic instructions about exposure query.

The Exposure Query screen enables users to inquire, review, and analyze detailed exposure information for customers or facilities maintained in the system. This screen provides both aggregated and drill-down views of all current exposures, supporting high-level monitoring and detailed investigation.

  1. On Home screen, select Limits and Collaterals. Under Limits and Collaterals, select Exposures.
  2. Under Exposures, seelct Query. Under Query, select Exposure Query.

    Field Description
    Exposure Code Lists all maintained exposure codes.
    Exposure Currency Lists the currencies associated with all exposure codes.
    Exposure Amount Filters exposures based on their limit amounts.
    Exposure Type Displays the types assigned to exposure codes.
    Utilization Type Options include 'Customer' and 'Transaction'.
    Utilization Shows the current utilization amounts for exposures.
    Exposure Rating Lists all maintained exposure ratings
    Authorization Status Filters records based on the authorization status of exposure codes.
    Revolving Filters exposures based on whether they are revolving or non-revolving.
    Exposure Effective Date Filters exposures based on their effective dates.
    Exposure Expiry Date Filters exposures based on their expiry dates.

    You can invoke Exposure Detail screen by clicking on the view option against the displayed record.
