34.4 Clause Maintenance - Delete

This topic provides the systematic instructions to delete the Clause Maintenance in the application.

Using this option, corporate user can search and delete an existing Clause.

To delete the Clause Maintenance:

  1. Navigate to Clause Maintenance screen.
    All the Clause mapped to the party id is displayed on the screen.
  2. Select the record whose details you want to edit and click Down Arrow to view the Clause details.
  3. Click More options to access more options.
  4. Click Delete.
    The Clause Maintenance screen with Delete Warning pop-up message is displayed.
  5. Perform any one of the following actions:
    • Click Yes to confirm the deletion of the Additional Conditions details.

      The Clause Maintenance screen with the successful deletion message appears

    • Click No to cancel the transaction.
