34 Clause Maintenance

This topic provides the systematic instructions to maintain Clause in the application.

Using this option, a corporate user can save the clauses under documents, so that it can use the same as and when required while initiating an LC. User also have an option to mark it to be available to other users of corporate.

Pre-requisites

User must have a valid corporate party Id and login credentials in place.

  1. From the Dashboard, click Menu, then click Trade Finance, and then click Maintenance. Under Maintenance, click Clause Maintenance.
    The Clause Maintenance screen appears.

    Field Name Description
    Party Name Displays the name of the applicant is displayed.
    Party ID Displays the party Id is displayed in a masked format.
    Select Party Select the party Id for which you want to create a clause.
    Select Product Select the product from the list.
    Document Select the document from the list.
  2. Select the party Id for which you want to create a clause from Select Party list.
  3. Select the product from the Select Product list.
  4. Select the document from Document list.
  5. Perform any one of the following actions:
    • Click Submit to add new condition.

      The Clause Maintenance - Create screen appears.

    • Click Cancel to cancel the transaction.
