This topic provides the systematic instructions to view the Advice details in the application.

1. Navigate to the Advice tab. The summary of all the Advices being exchanged appears.

   Field Name	Description
   Sr No.	Displays the serial number of the Advices record.
   Message ID	Displays the unique identification number for the message.
   Direction	Displays the direction of the advice.
   Date	Displays the date of sending Advice.
   Description	Displays the description of the advice.
   Event Description	Displays the detail description of the event of the advice.
   Action	Displays the action to be taken that is to download the Advice details

2. Click required link in the Message ID column to view the respective Advice details.
   The View Advice pop up screen with Advice detail appears along with the event date and description.

   Event Date	Displays the event date.
   Event Description	Displays the description of the events.
   Description	Displays the details of the Advice.

3. Click the Download link in the Action column of the Advice record to download the Advice messages in selected format, like PDF, if required. This is a password protected document.

   Note:

   Advice related to Transfer LC Issuance to be viewed through View Export LC.
4. Click Back to go back to previous screen.
