33.3 Additional Conditions Maintenance - Edit

This topic provides the systematic instructions to edit the Additional Conditions Maintenance in the application.

Using this option corporate user can edit the details of selected additional condition, maintained in the application.

To edit the Additional Conditions Maintenance:

  1. Navigate to Additional Conditions Maintenance screen.
    All the conditions mapped to the party id is displayed on the screen.
  2. Select the record whose details you want to edit and click Down Arrow to view the additional condition details.
  3. Click More options to access more options.
  4. Click Edit.
    The Edit Conditions overlay screen is displayed.

    Field Name Description
    Select Code Select a code from the list for which you want to add the new condition.
    Description Specify the description of the selected code.
    Type Identifier Specify an identifier for the description under the code.
    Available to Others Enable the slider to allow the code to be visible to the users of the corporate.

    If it is not made available to others, this identifier would be available only for the user to use.

  5. Modify the required details.
  6. Perform any one of the following actions:
    • Click Save to save the beneficiary details.

      The Review Additional Conditions Maintenance screen appears.

    • Click Cancel to cancel the transaction.
    • Click Back to navigate to the previous screen
  7. Verify the details, and click Confirm.
    The success message of additional Conditions modification appears along with the reference number.
