33.1 Additional Condition Maintenance - Create

This topic provides the systematic instructions to create Additional Condition Maintenance in the application.

The user can create the Additional Condition Maintenance in the application.

To create Additional Condition Maintenance:

  1. On Additional Condition Maintenance screen, click Create Additional Conditions.
    The Add New Condition overlay screen is displayed on the Additional Condition Maintenance screen.

    Field Name Description
    Select Code Select a code from the list for which you want to add the new condition.
    Description Specify the description of the selected code.
    Type Identifier Specify an identifier for the description under the code.
    Available to Others Enable the slider to allow the code to be visible to the users of the corporate.

    If it is not made available to others, this identifier would be available only for the user to use.

  2. Select a code from the Select Code list.
  3. Specify the the description of the code Description field.
  4. Specify an identifier for the description in the Type Identifier field.
  5. Move the Available to Others slider to allow the code to be visible to the user
  6. Perform any one of the following actions:
    • Click Submit to add new condition.

      The Review Additional Condition Maintenance screen appears.

    • Click Cancel to cancel the transaction.
  7. Verify the details, and click Confirm.
    The success message of new condition creation appears along with the reference number.
