This topic provides the systematic instructions to maintain Other Party in the application.

1. From the Dashboard, click Menu, then click Trade Finance, and then click Maintenance. Under Maintenance, click Other Party Maintenance.
   The Other Party Maintenance screen appears.

   Other Party Maintenance - Summarized View

   This is a default view; the user is landed on this screen on accessing Other Party Maintenance menu option.

   Using this option, corporate user can search and view the details of any other party maintained. This is a default view; the user is landed on this screen, records of all the other parties maintained in the application are displayed in card format. User can choose to check the complete details of a specific party by clicking on a card.

   Table 32-1 Other Party Maintenance - Field Description

   Field Name	Description
   Party Name	Displays the name of the applicant.
   Party ID	Displays the party Id is displayed in a masked format.
   Search	Specify the name of the card to search and view its details. Partial search is allowed.
   Other Party Maintenance Card	The Other Party Maintenance template card displays the name of the Other Party Maintenance template along with the other details like SWIFT Code, Nickname, and Applicability.
   Other Party Maintenance Details	Following details are displayed on each Other Party Maintenance Template card.
   Template Name	Displays the name using which other party details is stored.
   Access Type	Displays the access type assigned to the other party, that is Private or Public.
   SWIFT Code	Displays the SWIFT code of the Beneficiary/Drawee bank.
   Nickname	Displays the nickname of the Beneficiary/drawee.
   Applicability	Displays the transactions for which the beneficiary recorded are applicable. It can be either of them or combination of them, i.e. as selected : Letter of Credit Bills Guarantee

2. Select and click the Other Party Maintenance template card whose details you want to view.
3. Specify the name of the specific Other Party Maintenance Template in the Search field whose details you want to view.
   The specific Other Party Maintenance Template detail record appears.
4. Perform one of the following actions:
   • Click Create Other Party to create a new Other Party Maintenance template.
   • Click or to view the Other Party Maintenance template as Summarized or Tabular view
   • Click to delete the Other Party Maintenance template card.

   Other Party Maintenance Template - Tabular View

   The Other Party Maintenance Template - Tabular View allows the corporate user to view the Other Party Maintenance template in table format.

   To view the Other Party Maintenance in tabular form:

5. In the Other Party Maintenance - Summary page, click to view the Other Party Maintenance template as Tabular view.
   The Other Party Maintenance tabular view page appears.
