30.2 Search Shipping Guarantee - Drafts

This topic provides the systematic instructions to search an Shipping Guarantee in the application using draft name.

User can save shipping guarantee application as a Draft so that it can be used if required in future. User can search the saved shipping guarantee draft using Draft Name.

Note:

Shipping Guarantee Application saved as Draft can be re used any number of times for Shipping Guarantee Initiation.

To search the Shipping Guarantee draft:

  1. Specify the Draft name/amount/ Beneficiary Name in the Search field.
  2. Click the Search icon to search and select the
    The saved Shipping Guarantee draft appears based on search criteria.

    Field Name Description
    Search Specify the name of the Shipping Guarantee draft to search and view its details.
    Initiate Shipping Guarantee Draft Card The Shipping Guarantee draft card displays the name of the Initiate Shipping Guarantee draft along with the other details like; name of the beneficiary, Product and Amount.
    Initiate Shipping Guarantee Draft Card Details Following details are displayed on each Shipping Guarantee Draft card.
    Draft Name Displays the name of the shipping guarantee using which draft is stored.
    Updated On Displays the last updated date of the draft.
    Access Type Displays the access type assigned to the shipping guarantee, that is Private or Public.
    Beneficiary Name Displays the beneficiary’s name against whom shipping guarantee is to be created.
    Product Displays the corresponding shipping guarantee product type and as supported by Host.
    Amount Displays the shipping guarantee amount.
  3. Select and click the Shipping Guarantee draft card whose details you want to view.
  4. Specify the name of the specific Shipping Guarantee draft in the Search field whose details you want to view.
    The specific Shipping Guarantee draft detail record appears.
  5. Perform one of the following actions:
    • Click Initiate Shipping Guarantee to create a new Shipping Guarantee draft.
    • Click Summarized View or Tabular to view the initiate Shipping Guarantee draft as Summarized or Tabular view
    • Click Delete to delete the initiated Shipping Guarantee draft card.
