4.7.4 Capturing Additional Drawdown Details

To capture details of additional drawdown

Specify the User ID and Password, and login to Homepage.

From the Homepage, navigate to Agency Detail Input screen.

From the Agency Detail Input screen, click on Addl Drawdown Details.
The Additional Drawdown Details screen is displayed.

You can enter below details in Additional Drawdown Details screen. For information on fields, refer to the field description table.

Field	Description
RAC Rate	Specify the RAC rate. The RAC rate is difference between net rate and base rate which is always zero and validates if RAC rate is not zero.
Rate Basis (LIBOR/EURIBOR)	Specify the rate basis. The adjoining option list displays all valid rate basis maintained in the system. You can select the appropriate one. The new drawdown is created only based on the rates mentioned in the ‘Agency Detail Input’ screen and not the details specified here. The system displays the following details: All In Rate Net Rate Interest Rate Fixing Time Exchange Rate Fixing Time Location Interest Period
