1.3.9 Reopen the Records

This topic describes the systematic instructions to reopen the record.

Specify User ID and Password, and login to Home screen.
  1. Navigate to View screen.
  2. Click the record that need to reopen.
  3. Click Reopen.
    The Confirmation screen appears.
  4. Specify a remark.
  5. Click Confirm to reopen the record.
