5.5.1 Searching for an Escalated Tasks

To search for an escalated task:
  1. From the main menu, navigate to Collections and then click Task Summary.
    The Task Summary page is displayed. By default, Task tab is displayed.
  2. Click the Escalated Tasks tab.
  3. Enter the search criteria and click Search.
