4.2 Delete a Record

This topic describes the information about Delete a Record.

A newly created record that is not yet authorized can be deleted from the system. This means, user can delete a record with Once Authorized status as N. However, only the maker of the record can delete it.

To delete a record:

  1. Navigate to the view page and click Options for the record that user want to delete.
  2. Click Delete.
    A message appears prompting user to either proceed with the operation or view details of the record before proceeding to delete the record.
  3. If user want to view details of the record before deleting, click View.
  4. Click Proceed to delete the record.
  5. In the Remarks field, enter remarks for deleting the record.
  6. Click Confirm.
    A message appears that the record is deleted successfully.
