4.10.1 Upload a document
You can upload a document for all accounts associated with the case.
To upload a document:
- Navigate to the Case Summary page.
- In the Account widget, select the required account from the account list.
- In the Quick Links widget, click Documents.
- Select the valid Document Category and Document Name.
- In Upload Document Section, Drag and Drop the relevant file to be uploaded. Alternatively you can browse and select the file from the local drive.
- Click Save.
Once you save , the document is uploaded in the document management system and the details are displayed in the View Document History section.
