This guide outlines the process for scheduling and monitoring archival and purge jobs. These jobs can be set up using CRON expressions to run at designated intervals, with daily or more frequent scheduling being advisable. Each job handles a Task Flow linked to one or more Tasks, which are executed according to established frequencies and retention policies. The terms Task Flow and Execution Flow can be used interchangeably.
