1.5 Enhancements in Teller

The following are the updates as a part of Teller in this release:

  • Allow Nostro Accounts for Currency Chest Transactions: Enhanced Settlement definition Maintenance screen to list Nostro type of accounts in Transaction/Offset Account fields for the Currency Chest Transaction related Function Codes.
  • Account Status and Cheque status Validation during Transaction Input
    • Added support to validate the Account status and cheque status during transaction input and display the relevant Error or Warning Message to the teller.
    • Added validation for Account Status (Dormant, Frozen, Blocked, No Debit, No Credit) in Transaction Screen and display the relevant Error / Warning message on tab out of Account number input.
    • Added validation for cheque Status in Transaction screen, and prompt error message in case of - Used/Stopped /Invalid Cheques.
  • Account Transfer and In house cheque deposit transactions are handed off to UBS: Account Transfer and Inhouse Cheque Deposit transactions are directly handed off to UBS for accounting.
  • Enhanced to include IC Liquidation as part of Account Closure: Enhancement is made to include IC Liquidate prior to Close out Withdrawal from OBBRN. The new Button IC Liquidate is introduced to allow the teller to initiate IC Liquidation directly from OBBRN. Further steps of 'New' button to initiate Close out withdrawal and 'Query' button to post OBBRN accounting will continue to follow.
  • Enhancements in Audit Details of Journal Log Screens: Enhanced to display the information of the transactions in each of the impacted Source System’s in the audit details of the Serving and Electronic Journal Log in OBBRN. Impacted Source system (Example: FCUBS, OBPM, OBVAM), Source reference No, Source Transaction Status, Notification status and Reject Reason will now be available in the Journal Log.
  • Enhancement in Maintenance Screens - Authorisation: Introduced a Confirmation pop-up during authorisation for all the Maintenance Screens in OBBRN, with an option to provide remarks.
  • Enhancement in Maintenance Screens – Audit Log: Enhancement in the maintenance Screen to display the Modification History in the Audit Tab.
  • Dashboard Widget - Access Restriction: Enhancement in Dashboard Widgets (Frequent Customer Operations, Frequent Branch Operations, Customer Service requests) to restrict Screen Launch based on User Access.
  • OJET 13 Migration: Migrated to the latest version of OJET 13. As part of this lux grid, moment, timesort libraries are deprecated.
