17.1 Quick Forms Definition - Summary

This topic describes the systematic instruction to Quick Forms Definition - Summary screen.

Last three quick forms that are created by the administrator are by default displayed on the Quick Forms – Service Request Definition summary screen.

To view the service requests:

  1. Navigate to one of the above paths.
    The Quick Forms – Service Request screen with recent added service requests appears.

  2. Click copy icon against a specific form to create a new form by copying the definition of that service request.
  3. Click export service request icon against a form to export the a Form definition which can be imported in another environment.
