5 Known Issues and Resolutions

This topic provides the troubleshooting for the deployment failure in the services.

For requests identenfied as timeout:
  1. Search the corresponding consumer from the Request Audit menu.
  2. From the Service Consumers menu, search OBRA_DSR, and select the option.
  3. In the Service Providers tab, click the Actions icon, and select Configuration.

  4. Switch on the Provider Level Timeout toggle button.
  5. In the Connection Timeout and Read Timeout fields, specify the value as 180000.
