Gets the custom tools to use in Vision context menus. You can see or create these tools in the UI by selecting the main Unified Assurance Configuration menu, then Vision, then Tools.
Unified Assurance roles with the following Vision package permissions have access to this endpoint:

Admin
Operator
Viewer
Api
