User Profile
User Profile is a special configuration interface for an individual's user profile in Oracle Communications Unified Assurance. You can use this interface to:
-
Update your email address.
-
Change your password, if you are using internal authentication.
-
Update your account properties, such as the password reset question.
-
Update your account preferences. The defaults are inherited from your user group.
-
View other account information, including your user group and subgroups.
Note:
Transient users can see account information, including preferences inherited from their user group, but cannot update anything other than overriding the default theme. Their user profiles last only as long as they are logged in.
The sections below describe how to interact with the grid.
This user interface calls REST methods from the api/AAA/userProfiles endpoints. See REST API for Unified Assurance Core for details.
To access the interface, click your username near the bottom of the main Unified Assurance navigation menu.

Clear UI States: Select this to remove all stored UI states for yourself in this browser. This includes sorting, column sizes, grouping, and window sizes. Each user has their own saved states. Each user also has a separate set of states in each browser. Clearing the states resets everything to the default size and position. Reload open UIs to see this effect.
-
Override Theme: Select this and toggle the light or dark theme. For this session, this setting overrides the default theme set in your account, user group, or browser.
