Software Compatibility

The following table lists the supported software for Unified Assurance.

Oracle Linux

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)		 Oracle Linux 8 and 8.x updates

RHEL 8 and 8.x updates		 This release also supports enabling SELinux.
Operating system prerequisites N/A All servers must meet Linux prerequisites, including:
  • Using the Base or Cloud Linux installation
  • Installing required RPM dependencies
  • Installing NTP
  • Setting up DNS (do not use /etc/hosts entries)
  • Opening ports and configuring firewalld
  • Setting up other optional Linux configurations you may want, including FIPS 140-2 compliance, SELinux, fapolicyd, and proxy support.
