Custom Event Fields

Custom Event Fields is a standard configuration interface for adding, editing, and removing fields from the Event.Events table. Event fields that are provided out-of-the-box cannot be deleted, and indices may be added to fields that do not already have an index. After a new field has been added, the field name cannot be modified. See the Best Practices for Adding Custom Fields in Unified Assurance Implementation Guide for additional information on how to handle renaming a field.
