User Calls Panel

The User Calls panel can be activated by selecting the User Calls checkbox, which you can toggle to display or hide the history of calls that the tracked user participated in either as a caller or a callee.

Note:

By default, the Current Registrations and User Calls check boxes are enabled.

You can double-click or select a call in the User Calls table, and click on Details to get to the Call Info dialog box. Click on the Message flow to display a diagram of the underlying SIP messages of a call. You can also download the message flow in HTML format, to your loca hard drive.
