Exporting UCaaS CCaaS Data - PDF Format

While exporting the PDF, you can include UCaaS CCaaS data in the export. Select the UCaaS CCaaS Information check box to do so.

By default, the UCaaS CCaaS Information check box is not selected. When you select the UCaaS CCaaS Information check box, Meta Data and UCaaS CCaaS messages are exported in the PDF. The UCaaS CCaaS Information check box is available if you have enabled the UCaaS CCaaS extension from the Platform Setup Application page.
