Install the Oracle epel repository.

1. Run the following command to install the Oracle epel repository:

   yum install oracle-epel-release-el8.x86_64

2. Install the yum utils by running the following command:

   yum install yum-utils

3. Enable the latest Oracle Linux 8 repositories by running the following command:

   yum-config-manager --enable ol8_baseos_latest ol8_appstream ol8_addons ol8_developer_EPEL

4. Install the Session Monitor RPM file by running the following command:

   yum install ocsm-<rn>x86_64.rpm

   where: <rn> is the current Session Monitor release number.
   For example:

   ocsm-5.1.0.0.0-149.x86_64.rpm

   Note:

   OCSM Installation may take several minutes depending on the data size of MySQL.
