The Enterprise Utilities plug-ins contain the Oracle Communications Session Element Manager, which manages the Oracle Enterprise Interactive Session Recorder (ISR), Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor Users (EOM), and Fraud Detection and Prevention (FDP) devices.

Once the plug-in is installed, Oracle Communications Session Element Manager sliders appear along with the Report Manager and Route Manager co-product sliders.
