Export Audit Logs On Demand

Use on-demand synchronization to export audit logs for a specified UTC time range. For example, use it to retrieve logs that were not included in a scheduled export or to obtain logs immediately for an investigation.

If no audit log records exist for the selected export period, the export completes successfully without transferring a CSV file to the receiver.

Note:

If a scheduled export is missed because the service or scheduler is unavailable, Oracle® Session Delivery Management Cloud (Oracle SDM Cloud) does not automatically run it after the service recovers. Use on-demand synchronization to retrieve audit logs for the missed period.
  1. Expand the Administration slider and select Audit Log Export.
  2. Select the receiver and select Synchronize.
  3. In the On-Demand Synchronization dialog box, select Start Time (UTC) and End Time (UTC).
  4. Click Apply.

Both times are required. The Start Time (UTC) must be earlier than the End Time (UTC), and the End Time (UTC) cannot be in the future.
