MySQL Enterprise Edition may be used solely to deploy and run this subproduct. |

It optimizes the use of subscriber numbers and number ranges by providing a logical link between any DN and any IMSI, and also between any subscriber number and any Home Location Register (HLR). This feature allows subscribers to be easily moved from one HLR to another. Allows each HLR to be filled to 100% of its capacity by allowing subscriber number ranges to be split over different HLRs, and individual DNs/IMSIs to be assigned to any HLR.
