The figure shows the following process:

  1. A subscriber provides their account information to a CSR.

  2. Using Siebel CRM, the CSR searches for the subscriber's account.

  3. The subscriber requests to make a payment.

  4. The CSR selects the subscriber's billing profile to view the subscriber's account balance. Siebel CRM requests the account balance from BRM.

  5. BRM sends the account balance to Siebel CRM.

  6. The CSR captures the method of the subscriber's one-time payment.

  7. The subscriber's payment institution validates the payment information.

  8. The CSR submits the payment.

  9. BRM processes the payment and requests a confirmation number from the payment institution.

  10. The payment institution sends the confirmation number to BRM.

  11. BRM sends the confirmation number to Siebel CRM.

  12. The CSR receives the confirmation number and shares it with the subscriber.
