AIA Cloud Native Deployment
This release introduces and supports the deployment of AIA in a cloud native environment.
AIA in a cloud native architecture increases operational efficiency by improving hardware utilisation and scaling real-time business events to capture revenue.
The AIA cloud native deployment option combines the features and extensibility of AIA with the agility and efficiency of cloud infrastructure with DevOps aligned.
- Container images (Docker and CRI-O), orchestrated in Kubernetes - production support for AIA-RODOD Deployment on Kubernetes
- Install and manage using Helm charts
- Docker files and scripts for development and testing
- Lifecycle management using WebLogic Kubernetes Operator

Technology Stack Update
This release is certified on the latest technology stack. In addition, this release is certified with the latest RODOD application versions of Siebel, OSM, and BRM.

This release complements existing implementations of AIA for Communications and RODOD if you are planning to upgrade your technology and application stack either due to end of error correction or to take advantage of new features. In addition to the technology stack uptake, several issues have been resolved.
Release 12.3.1 is supported on:
- Oracle Fusion Middleware 12.2.1.4
- Oracle Database 19c
- Oracle Software Oriented Architecture (SOA) Suite 12.2.1.4
Known Problems
This section describes the known problems in this release.
Agent Assisted Billing Care pre-built integration is not supported in AIA cloud native deployments.
