unable to connect to Global Service Manager(GSM) due to missing or invalid GSM parameters.
Cause
An attempt was made to connect to the Global Service Manager sharding library.
Action
Check the values specified for 'gsm_name', 'gsm_host' and 'gsm_port'. All three values must be specified and valid.
