Cause
An attempt to execute a 'cluvfy' command that requires Oracle Clusterware to be running failed because Clusterware was not running on the node.
Action
Ensure that the Clusterware stack is running and retry 'cluvfy'. If required issue the command 'crsctl start crs' to start the clusterware stack.
