Cause
One or more private network interfaces have IP addresses in the range (169.254.*.*) and subnet mask which is not 16-18 bits, the range used by HAIP which can create routing conflicts
Action
Make sure there are no IP addresses in the range (169.254.*.*) with subnet mask which is not 16-18 bits on any private network interfaces.
