Unable to retrieve node list from the Oracle Clusterware.
Cause
While attempting to determine the nodes on which to perform the verification operation, the nodes that belonged to the cluster could not be obtained from the Oracle Clusterware.
Action
Ensure that the Oracle Clusterware stack is up so that Cluster Verification Utility (CVU) can retrieve the node list. The node list can be specified using the command line option '-n nodelist' or using CV_NODE_ALL property in the 'cvu_config' file so that CVU perform verification operation on those nodes.
