Cause
An attempt to determine the status of Windows firewall failed.
Action
Ensure that the access permissions for the Oracle user allow access to the Windows Registry and the registry has the REG_DWORD entry named 'EnableFirewall' with value 0 under 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\System\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\SharedAccess\\Parameters\\FirewallPolicy\\StandardProfile' and 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\System\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\SharedAccess\\Parameters\\FirewallPolicy\\DomainProfile' sub-key on the node. It is recommended to back up the Windows Registry before proceeding with any changes. Restart your system to make your changes effective.
