NTP configuration file "{0}" found on nodes "{1}"
Cause
During an add node operation a NTP configuration file was found on the new node being added, but it was missing from existing cluster nodes.
Action
To use NTP for time synchronization, create this file and set up its configuration as described in your vendor's NTP document on all nodes of the cluster. If you plan to use CTSS for time synchronization then NTP configuration should be uninstalled on all nodes of the cluster. Refer to section "Preparing Your Cluster" of the book "Oracle Database 2 Day + Real Application Clusters Guide".
