Cause
An attempt to relocate the pluggable databases (PDB) of the specified database is being rejected because the provided options cannot be used for an Oracle RAC One Node database.
Action
Issue the command 'srvctl relocate pdb' for a PDB that is not in an Oracle RAC One Node database.
