Cause
Attempt to retrieve configuration of cluster database failed. This failure is most likely due to user incorrectly using a tool, such as SRVCTL, that is of different version than that of database's configuration.
Action
If error is due to user using SRVCTL that is of different version than than of the database's, then run SRVCTL tool from the ORACLE_HOME reported in the error message. Otherwise, contact Oracle support services.
