Option '-instance' must not specified to convert policy-managed RAC database to RAC One Node database
Cause
Failed to convert database because the provided option can not be used to convert policy-managed Oracle RAC database to an Oracle RAC One Node database.
Action
Use the command 'srvctl convert database' without '-instance' option.
