A 'srvctl add database' command specified the RAC database type for an Oracle Restart fixed single-instance database
Cause
An attempt to add an Oracle Restart fixed single-instance database was rejected because the option '-dbtype RAC' was specified.
Action
Retry the operation either without the '-dbtype' option, or specifying '-dbtype SINGLE'.
