Options '-fixed' and '-serverpool' cannot be used together.
Cause
An attempt to create a policy-managed single-instance database with the '-fixed' option was rejected because '-fixed' can be specified only for an non-policy-managed single-instance database.
Action
Reissue the command again without the '-fixed' option.
