Oracle Data Pump parameter FLASHBACK_SCN or FLASHBACK_TIME is not required for online logical migration.
Cause
An attempt to migrate a database with zero downtime was rejected because Oracle Data Pump parameter FLASHBACK_SCN or FLASHBACK_TIME was specified. Schemas being migrated will be prepared for instantation before Oracle GoldenGate Extract process is started, thereby ensuring that Oracle GoldenGate Replicat process does not apply duplicate data. Because of this, there is no need to use Oracle Data Pump parameter FLASHBACK_SCN or FLASHBACK_TIME.
Action
Do not specify Oracle Data Pump parameter FLASHBACK_SCN or FLASHBACK_TIME, and retry the operation.
