Cause
An attempt to initiate a patching operation over the Oracle Grid Infrastructure is being rejected because there is an existing upgrade database operation currently in progress for the provided target cluster.
Action
Wait until the existing active operation finishes, then retry the command or remove the -checkdbpatching option to ignore ongoing Oracle Database patching operations executed using Oracle Fleet Patching and Provisioning (FPP) tool.
