Authentication failure while connecting to Rapid Home Provisioning Client (RHPC)

Cause

An attempt to connect to the Rapid Home Provisioning Client failed because the connection could not be authenticated.

Action

Execute the following steps and retry the command:

  1. Generate the credentials file at Rapid Home Provisioning Server using the 'rhpctl export client' command.
  2. Securely transfer the credentials file from Rapid Home Provisioning Server to Rapid Home Provisioning Client.
  3. Modify the Rapid Home Provisioning Client credentials with the credentials file using the 'srvctl modify rhpclient' command on the client cluster.
