Fleet Patching and Provisioning Server (FPPS) terminated the execution of the datapatch command "{0}" because the FPPS detected the datapatch command hung after "{1}" seconds.
Cause
The FPPS detected the specified datapatch command did not make any progress in the period of time indicated after one retry.
Action
Identify and terminate any long-running database session for the database that has been moved and retry the move command. If the hang persists contact Oracle Support Services.
