Cannot configure network resource as leaf because cluster is not configured as Flex Cluster.
Cause
An attempt was made to add a network resource with the leaf category in a cluster not configured as Flex Cluster.
Action
Use SRVCTL without the '-leaf' flag when adding a network resource in a non-Flex Cluster system. Or, convert the cluster to a Flex Cluster before doing this operation.
