Cause
The Oracle ADVM compatibility attribute for the specified disk group was not set to version 12.1.0.0.0 or higher.
Action
Use the Oracle ASM Configuration Assistant (ASMCA) tool or the SQL statement ALTER DISKGROUP to upgrade the 'compatible.advm' attribute.
