A single node must be specified to start a PDB with start option {0}
Cause
An attempt to start the specified plugglable database (PDB) is being rejected because the specified start option requires a single node to be specified. A PDB can only be opened in MIGRATE mode on at most one instance.
Action
Retry the operation, specifying exactly one node for -node option.
